”This design, and a mirror image of it, below, with an extra window to the right, have proven to be very popular as they are light and airy and look really smart with the Western Red Cedar cladding on two sides, (feather edged boards are on the blind sides, as they generally face boundaries and fences.Note the extended roof overhang with integral lights, this goes particularly well for summer evening barbecues or garden parties as the lighting illuminates any tables or seating areas. Soffit lights are fitted to underside the eaves, switched separately.The one below had the roof overhang extended by an extra foot as requested.
All glass is toughened double glazed and as usual for our extra rooms, they are all
fully insulated, plastered and painted and finished off ready for use. The price
includes full installation by us, only the bringing of the power from the house is
not included but we supply an appropriate consumer unit to give the electrician who
connects to it, (though we leave it all checked and working.but the power is via
an extension lead whilst we install) but we can supply an electrician if required
but he would quote separately for bringing the power from your house to the studio,

This Extra Room and a mirror image of it below, can be installed with a base if necessary for just 6K plus Vat. Stainng and painting is included, everything else is done too, it is fully wired and lit and will be double glazed during installation and like the one above, can be installed in about 2 weeks time. If you would like one side wall to have a panel window, openable (top hung for ventilation) like the building lower down sitting on some steps, then we cold supply that for 6.5K plus vat inclusive.
The fence behind is blue so the doors and windows are white with a hint of blue to reflect this. Below, a slightly different version with the doors and panel window positions reversed

This one went to near Halifax and you can see it nearing the end of construction and below you can see it installed.
White, dark brown and surprisingly, even a soft light green for windows and doors, all go well with cedar cladding, it is up to you.

And finally, below, with white windows and doors as above or as below with a dark brown stain to reflect the deeper tones of the cedar, a double pitched roof with french doors and under eaves lighting, for 7.5K plus vat incl installation with its own foundation, 8K with panel windows either side as above.or 7.8K if one is fitted on one side only, all fully glazed doors and panel windows are hemlock, a hardwood, and are fitted with toughened double glazed units

This is an attractive light and airy studio ready to go, measuring 3.7 m wide 12ft 3” by 2.5m 8ft 3” deep with large panel windows and a fully glazed door to the front and a small double window to the right. Western red cedar to the front, cedar cladding can replace the feather edged boards/cape cod cladding on one side if it faces prominently, for £300 extra. This building is offered at £8,950 plus Vat delivered and installed, distances over 100 miles, a small amount added for transport costs.

Each building is complete and ready to use and the prices include full installation and completion on site, including a foundation if necessary.
All we require is reasonable access and a reasonably flat area cleared for the size of the building and a local electrician to bring and connect the power to the building in a consumer unit we provide.
